1 General Terms & Conditions

Kikiriya (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform designed specifically to serve users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions set out all legal obligations between Kikiriya and its users.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with Kikiriya. We take strict measures to prevent underage gaming.

• Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be terminated immediately.
• A government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal under the local laws of your jurisdiction.
• Corporate accounts or betting on behalf of another person are not permitted.

4 Deposits & Payments

Kikiriya accepts deposits via various mobile banking and bank transfer methods. All deposits are secured through SSL encryption.

• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawals & Payouts

Kikiriya ensures a fast and secure withdrawal process. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

• KYC verification on your account must be completed before withdrawals are permitted.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• In cases of suspicious activity, Kikiriya reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrations only.

7 Betting Rules

There are a few core rules you must follow when placing bets on Kikiriya. These rules apply equally to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Kikiriya reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Placing multiple large bets on the same outcome in the same event may be considered suspicious.
• Kikiriya is not liable if a bet is not accepted during live betting due to network issues.
• In Sports Betting, official results are considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates Kikiriya's terms and conditions is strictly prohibited. Any of the actions listed below may result in permanent account termination.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Using hacking tools, bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of other users or operating proxy accounts.
• Stealing platform data or infringing on copyright.
• Opening an account under a false identity or using someone else's information.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure

• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.
• Even after an account is closed, data may be retained as required by law.
